Before applying for a dog, please review our application process. The initial application is on the website; however, there is an additional application that will be completed after receiving your initial application acceptance letter. It doesn’t matter which type of Service/Facility Dog you are applying for, everyone will complete the same initial application online.

Before applying, please note the current wait time is between 24-28 months to receive a dog. This wait time will hopefully decrease as more dogs enter the program as funding allows. Bayside Service Dogs are provided to our clients at no cost. There are no fundraising obligations required by our clients, but supporting our mission is encouraged with our pay-as-you-can campaign. Bayside Service Dogs is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization - all contributions are tax-deductible.
